As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start-to-finish, working with other members of the leasing team to create and build relationships with potential residents, conducting property tours, and finding new and exciting ways to market our properties.

You will also assist the property manager with resident relations, including assisting with the application and move-in process, addressing any issues the residents may have while living with us, and conducting lease renewals.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent sales skills, both in person and over the phone, and be able to work weekends.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including up to a 20% rent discount, $18-$20.50/hour, property staff shared renewal commissions, leasing commissions, and more.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* Excellent sales skills, both in person and over the phone
* Ability to work weekends
* Valid drivers' license and good driving record
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
