Insurance Business Development Representative

As a local State Farm Insurance Agent, I am seeking an outgoing and customer-focused individual to join my team. This role offers the opportunity to develop business leadership skills, industry and State Farm knowledge, as well as sales and marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
