About the RoleAs a Sales Consultant at Vensure Employer Solutions, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your designated territory. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities in your assigned territory through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Vensure's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
What We Offer

Vensure Employer Solutions offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional development. Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or business administration.
  • 2-5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the B2B intangible sales sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.
