Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at the House of Blues Foundation Room. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization, adhering to high standards of quality and safety

• Perform table maintenance duties, including clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring that all equipment is clean and in good working order

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down equipment and supplies

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

• Ability to communicate in Spanish
