Job Summary
We are in search of full-time analysts who can leverage their managerial, technical, and business acumen to support Department of Defense (DoD) Business Operations related to complex weapon systems.

Key Responsibilities
Qualified candidates will be expected to:
- Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and analysis to generate reports for senior leadership, providing updates on project status and facilitating programmatic decisions.
- Execute integrated baseline reviews to assess the health and status of program contracts.

Essential Skills
Successful candidates must demonstrate:
- The ability to collaborate within a team to identify and resolve issues while presenting solutions to senior management.
- The capability to work autonomously or lead a team in addressing challenges and delivering solutions.
- Proficiency in reviewing and evaluating the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Cost Performance Report (CPR), and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR).
- Skills in documenting issues and proposing alternatives.
- Understanding of database design and functionality.
- Support in conducting independent estimates at completion and reviewing compliance with EVM guidelines.
- Assistance in updating and implementing policy guidance, along with recommending necessary revisions.
- Development of internal training packages for integrated program management.
- Analysis and interpretation of EVM data provided by contractors to ensure adherence to standards.
- Preparation of briefings for various stakeholders.
- Participation in Integrated Baseline Reviews.
- Support for programs and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) in executing EVMS joint surveillance.
- Provision of daily supervision and direction to support teams.
- Established proficiency in Excel and the MS Office suite.

Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- An active US Security Clearance (Secret, TS, TS/SCI).
- A BA/BS in a relevant field with 5 years of experience, or
- An MA/MS in a related field with 3 years of experience.
