We specialize in assisting with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), encompassing eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and continence. With a robust presence spanning 50+ offices from Baltimore, MD, to Boise, ID, we're dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Salary: $80,000-$120,000 per year

About the Role: As Executive Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area, and training new team members to carry out the purpose of Village Caregiving within its scope. You will also prioritize exceptional service for our clients, drive growth of the assigned territory, and cultivate a strong internal networking culture that proactively collaborates with colleagues and the executive team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Growth and maintenance of client referral sources
  2. Initiating and contributing to outreach efforts within the community
  3. Hiring staff with a sense of urgency to meet demand for services
  4. Creating effective schedules for caregivers and clients
  5. Prioritizing exceptional service for our clients
  6. Driving growth of the assigned territory by running it like you own it
  7. Valuing and recognizing employee engagement
  8. Fostering a supportive, communicative work environment
  9. Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, state requirements, and internal standards
  10. Demonstrating a working knowledge of Village Caregiving's services, processes, and compliance requirements
  11. Cultivating a strong internal networking culture that proactively collaborates with colleagues and the executive team

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need previous management experience, the ability to professionally represent Village Caregiving in verbal and written communication, and the capability to use common sense to problem solve. You should also be comfortable navigating difficult conversations and exhibit business acumen. Additionally, you will need demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and lead a team to achieve success.
