Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation of nutritious and top-quality food programs in conjunction with our culinary and marketing teams.
  • Implement new culinary programs and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • Manage, train, and develop associates to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our dining services team.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of food service management experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Financial experience and business acumen skills, with the ability to analyze and manage budgets.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
  • Associate's degree preferred, but not required.
