Position Overview

Dasmen HR LLC is in search of a dedicated full-time Leasing Consultant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts interviews with potential tenants to gather information regarding their needs and qualifications.
  • Guides prospective tenants through available apartments, discussing room sizes, layouts, amenities such as pools, nearby shopping centers, and lease terms.
  • Prepares lease agreements and collects security deposits.
  • Regularly inspects property conditions and coordinates necessary maintenance.
  • Suggests various advertising strategies to attract potential tenants.
  • Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality; ensures responsibilities are managed in the event of absence; arrives promptly for meetings and appointments.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales is required.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a friendly and engaging demeanor; a passion for interacting with the public is essential.

WORK SCHEDULE: The employee may experience changes in their schedule and/or be required to work overtime as directed by their supervisor. This may involve weekend shifts, extended hours beyond normal business times, and other scheduling adjustments with minimal notice.
