Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation package includes a salary range of $18.18-$21.36 per hour, depending on education level. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, a retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Support lead teachers in developing and implementing educational programs
  • Assist with daily classroom operations and create a positive learning environment
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Possess a genuine interest in early childhood education and a desire to make a difference
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
