Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Warmly greet guests as they enter and leave the restaurant, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Order Taking and Processing: Accurately describe dishes and make recommendations, correctly entering orders into our Point-of-Sale system, and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages at the counter, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring quick, friendly, and accurate service.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, run food to guests' tables, clear tables, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining room area.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles, providing exceptional service and resolving guest complaints in a professional manner.
