Job OpportunityWe are a family-owned and operated company, Mark Electronics, seeking a full-time Security Alarm Service Technician to join our team. As a Security Alarm Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing our existing residential and business customers' alarm systems.Key Responsibilities
  • Install and program new alarm and security systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with alarms and security systems, utilizing strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Identify potential risks to customers and provide effective solutions to mitigate these risks.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on alarm systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of service parts to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in security installation, maintenance, or related fields is required.
  • Familiarity with Honeywell and DSC Products is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are necessary.
