  • Implement training and operational initiatives to uphold ethical and legal business practices.

Leadership and Team Development: The manager is responsible for selecting, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating employees within the IT department. This includes:

  • Providing mentorship and development opportunities for staff.
  • Conducting regular meetings to communicate policies and operational matters.
  • Facilitating teamwork and leading process improvements.

Service Excellence: Organize and prioritize daily operations to ensure high levels of customer and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with eight years of experience in information technology or related operations, including three years in a managerial role.
