**Job Summary:**
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide in-home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, assisting them with daily living activities and promoting their independence and well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
- Remind clients to take prescribed medication and help with meal preparation.
- Accompany clients on outings and assist with errands.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Report any changes in client condition and advocate for their needs.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in caregiving or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
