Dynamic Retail Leadership Position in Arkansas

Retail Stocking Team Leads play a vital role in the success of our store's leadership team. As an extension of the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor, they lead Receiving Associates by setting an example and promoting a positive work environment. Their primary responsibilities include maintaining a neat and organized stock, receiving area, and sales floor.
Driving Results
As a Retail Stocking Team Lead, you will drive Associate compliance with company policies and standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence. Additionally, you will coach associates in the moment and provide recognition when deserved.
Benefits Package
We offer a competitive wage of $13 per hour and flexible hours to accommodate your busy schedule. Part-time associates may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes medical coverage and a 401(k) plan. We also provide paid time off annually, up to 8 paid holidays, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable law.
