About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Evidence-Based Associates. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with families and caregivers to provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions that promote healthy child development and strengthen family relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions to children and caregivers using evidence-based models such as CPP (Child Parent Psychotherapy)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each family
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including family support partners and clinical supervisors, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program evaluations and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a mental health or social services setting
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions, including CPP and other relational, dyadic psychotherapies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual respect
