We are looking for two motivated individuals to take on the role of Brand Representatives at The Now Consultants LLC.

As a key player in our organization, you will spearhead promotional activities and engage directly with customers to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include organizing and executing events in various customer-focused venues, such as retail locations and major shopping areas. You will play a crucial role in setting up marketing initiatives, showcasing products or services, and facilitating promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute promotional sales events and activities

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth event execution

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction

• Engage with local communities to promote our clients' offerings and reputation

• Represent our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Address customer inquiries and effectively manage objections

• Close sales and process transactions using digital tools

• Monitor sales interactions and provide constructive feedback to clients

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in promotions, customer service, hospitality, or related fields

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to exceptional customer service
