We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to deaf and disabled residents who face barriers in accessing essential services.
About the Role
This is a part-time position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will work closely with our Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless communication between customers and service providers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with queries and concerns related to accessibility services.
- Facilitate communication between customers and service providers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of disability-related accessibility needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
