We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to build and maintain strong relationships with our manufacturing partners in Santa Ana, CA.

About the Role

This full-time opportunity requires 5 days a week, 8+ hours per day. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our manufacturing partners to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Sales Process Expertise: Clearly explain the sales process to customers and ensure a smooth experience from pre- to post-purchase.
  • Issue Resolution: Work closely with customers to resolve any pressing issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Support: Schedule conference calls and virtual meetings to provide interpersonal training and proactive support throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Order Management: Proactively manage all orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and transparency, providing concise and helpful information.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
