We are currently seeking a highly skilled Proposal Solutions Architect to assist in the development of corporate growth solutions. This role involves in-depth problem-solving to offer technology recommendations and data strategies that align with various business objectives and IT solution requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Axle Growth / Operations team to craft responses to RFI/RFP for a diverse array of contracting vehicles, addressing both current and prospective government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and present comprehensive solution architectures to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Foster relationships and partnerships to identify opportunities, secure contracts, and support growth and delivery.
  • Oversee the proposal process from inception to completion, including solution development, Basis of Estimates, and risk management, in conjunction with the proposal management team to ensure successful presentation of all components.
  • Work alongside client-facing teams to identify critical project challenges, develop coherent narratives, and create compliant and persuasive solutions that address these challenges.
  • Translate intricate requirements into cohesive storylines and scenario responses suitable for executive review.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of cloud services, technology ecosystems, architectures, and trends, providing technical consulting to Portfolio leaders and clients as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Over 10 years of experience across a broad spectrum of solution sets, including systems engineering, integration principles, systems development life cycle activities, training, information operations, or intelligence collection.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading the development and integration of proposal content for federal solicitations, with the ability to analyze and comprehend solicitation requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of the capture process within the Federal sector.
  • Strong technical expertise with the capability to devise solutions across various focus areas, including DevSecOps, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Computing, Data Science, and Data Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to introduce innovation into proposed solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
