Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative III is the primary liaison between customers and our company for all aspects of day-to-day sales activities. This role interfaces with customers and all supporting departments to develop appropriate responses and communicate replies that meet customer requirements and align with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for all customer activities/assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate all aspects of customer service, including delivery status, technical inquiries, expediting, order maintenance, and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering for all issues, including expedites, samples, sales drawings, and other related activities.
  • Implement all change orders, order cancellations, and maintain existing sales orders and acknowledge processing of order changes to customers.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills are key, as this position is the focal point for communication and the coordination of information with customers and affected departments.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as customer orders, spreadsheets, and other related documents.
  • Advanced mathematical ability to apply concepts, such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions, to practical situations.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, with good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP and SAP functions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
Education

Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma
