Job Summary

The City of O'Fallon is seeking a skilled and experienced volleyball instructor to assist in the preparation and management of our youth volleyball program.

This role requires a strong knowledge of recreational volleyball rules and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with parents, coaches, and players.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of program curriculum and schedules
  • Providing input for improving recreational programs
  • Communicating with parents, coaches, and players to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience

Applicants must possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, a valid Missouri State driver's license, and be able to work evenings as required.
