Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced psychiatrist to join our team as a faculty member in the Primary Care Mental Health Integration Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outpatient consultation psychiatry services to patients in our primary care offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and short-term follow-up to patients in our primary care offices
  • Supervise licensed mental health clinicians and provide clinical psychiatric consultations via telepsychiatry
  • Lead and recruit for a growing team focused on clinical implementation of the collaborative care model
  • Establish relationships with referring providers and foster the growth of the program and consulting relationship
Requirements
  • Medical degree and board certification or board eligibility in psychiatry
  • Residency in psychiatry and/or fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry
  • Ability to obtain a New York and Vermont medical license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
