Outpatient Therapist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Insight Therapeutic and Wellness Solutions. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to patients of all ages, backgrounds, and presenting issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work.
- Active licensure in the State of North Carolina (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or PhD/PsyD).
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a private practice or outpatient setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual respect.
