Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Development and Training Officer to join our team at the County of Butte California. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our staff, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps.

Requirements
