About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at TruGreen. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers to provide them with the best lawn care solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide recommendations for lawn care services
  • Work with customers to create customized lawn care plans that meet their specific needs and budget
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
