Job Opportunity

Freedom Motors USA, a leading manufacturer and retailer of wheelchair-accessible vehicles, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and build high-performing teams.
  • Conduct thorough background checks, reference verifications, and MVR screenings for new hires.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Partner with educational institutions to establish an internship program, fostering a pipeline of talented individuals.
  • Deliver engaging New Hire Orientation sessions, presenting HR policies and benefit plans to new employees.
  • Manage employee data and personnel files within the HR information system.
  • Contribute to the Employee Engagement Team, planning and promoting events and activities to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze data for the employee referral program, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and HR administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
