You will also collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences, promote and cross-sell insurance products and services to meet customer needs, and handle escalated customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Additionally, you will stay updated on insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice, and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
