Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive first impression of the health club to members and guests
  • Assist in achieving monthly new member goals and maintain personal membership sales KPIs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase membership sales and retention
  • Lead and manage the front desk team, including coaching and developing staff members
  • Assist in the development and implementation of club operations and policies
  • Communicate effectively with the General Manager and other team members to ensure seamless club operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or club operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods
