We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to direct project teams, oversee cross-functional teams, and manage mechanical design and construction of building and infrastructure projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct project teams and oversee cross-functional teams to execute project work, including budgets, tracking hours and expenses, and technical calculations.
- C oordinate activities for technical development, scheduling, and resolving engineering design issues.
- Apply high-level mechanical engineering techniques to identify improvements for various project phases.
- Schedule and orchestrate project team meetings and interact with regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients.
- Collaborate with professionals on Federal, State, regional, and locally funded improvement and development projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and prior mechanical design experience.
- Engineer in Training Certification.
- Proficient with Revit and mechanical engineering principles.
- Extensive knowledge of building and infrastructure design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- LEED certification.

This position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $81,500 - $142,560 per year, depending on education, experience, and location. WSP provides benefits focused on health and financial stability.
