The Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications leader to lead the digital marketing for the Premium Chocolate Category.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, as well as extensive experience in all aspects of online marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the social strategy for Premium Chocolate, including KOL strategy and content creation
  • Managing social media accounts (WeChat, Red, Douyin)
  • Launching and operating WeCom
  • Developing and implementing CRM strategy and supporting 3 D2C platforms (Tmall, JD, WeMall)
  • Driving digital acceleration E2E
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Marketing & Communications leader, preferably in the food industry or digital agency
  • Experience using social media, online tools, and/or mobile technology to promote organizational goals and mission
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
