  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of tools for penetration testing, ensuring methodologies align with industry standards to provide measurable and repeatable risk assessments.
  • Utilize both internal and external resources to gather intelligence on threats, vulnerabilities, and adversary tactics.
  • Deliver regular risk assessments to senior management, proposing remediation strategies to enhance the overall cybersecurity posture.
  • Participate in the formulation and execution of functional strategies and operational goals to improve organizational services.
  • Perform additional duties as required to foster continuous process improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field, or 7 years with an advanced degree, focusing on integrated risk management.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in security, specifically in penetration testing of large-scale enterprise networks and cloud environments.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in information security and computer science.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, networking principles, applications, and operating system functionalities.
  • Proficient in conducting in-depth research using various sources, including social media analysis.
  • Experience with penetration testing frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP.
  • Knowledge of web and mobile applications, databases, and operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with OS configuration and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced concepts such as application manipulation and exploit development.
  • Programming skills focused on penetration testing or process automation.
