Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Coordination: Lead the project team in planning, execution, and closure, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Scheduling and Budgeting: Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  4. Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Track and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, construction management, or engineering).
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Location and Working Hours

This full-time position is located in Dublin, CA, with occasional overtime work on Saturdays required. The Project Manager Professional will be required to work during established working hours, set by the program/project management team.
