Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with PacSun's brand goals and objectives
  • Manage and create content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in social media, marketing, advertising, and/or digital
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and partner across multiple functional teams
  • Retail or advertising experience a plus
  • Highly organized and strong project management skills
