About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Strategy Director to spearhead the development and execution of innovative advertising and marketing campaigns for our diverse range of clients. As a key member of our agency leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling briefs that lead to award-winning campaigns aligned with client business goals and brand vision.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and account teams to ensure seamless execution across all channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives, approaches, and deliverables.
  • Present strategic plans, campaign results, and performance insights to clients, highlighting key takeaways and actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to our agency's leadership team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages sharing ideas and best practices across disciplines.
  • Work with our digital marketing partner agency to measure campaign success and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Support new business efforts by participating in pitch processes and creating compelling proposals and presentations.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in advertising and/or go-to-market strategy, preferably within a creative or media agency setting.
  • A portfolio of noteworthy, proven campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience managing and growing client relationships, with a track record of delivering successful marketing outcomes.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, with a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
