Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the auditing, posting, and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the resort's efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Auditing: Follow proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions, identify the causes of out-of-balance situations, and produce various reports for management.
  • Charge Posting and Reconciliation: Ensure that all charges have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account, balanced with all supporting documentation.
  • Cash Handling and Shift Deposits: Reconcile all charges to the general ledger, prepare back-up files, and close out shift and day on the reservation system.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate housekeeping reports, print folios departures, and compile daily revenue reports.
  • Guest Service and Support: Assist with Front Office duties, provide exceptional guest service, and respond to guest and owner needs and requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist with other departmental duties, such as bell stand, answering phones, and maintaining a clean work area.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: No experience required, but 1-3 years of related experience is preferred.
