Position Overview

We are seeking a driven National Sales Specialist to help grow our presence across the US and Canada. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue in the analytical lab and related industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads via cold calling, social networks, events, and referrals.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations, showcasing our safety solutions to potential clients and distributors.
  • Provide accurate estimates and maintain CRM systems to company standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to seize growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, KPIs, and pipelines to track performance.
  • Take on additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within analytical labs, pharma, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
