About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Snowboard Instructor to join our team at The Highlands at Harbor Springs. As a Snowboard Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and teaching the art of snowboarding to our visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging snowboard lessons to guests of all skill levels
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure a safe learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with guests, supervisors, and colleagues to provide exceptional service
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying weather conditions
  • Meet and exceed guest service standards
Qualifications
  • 18+ years of age
  • PSIA/AASI Certified Level 1 status (or international equivalent)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Basic English language skills
