Experience the Thrill of Teaching Snowsports

At Kirkwood Mountain Resort, we're seeking passionate and skilled instructors to join our team. As a ski or snowboard instructor, you'll have the opportunity to share your love of the sport with guests of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages
  • Deliver world-class guest service and create a safe and fun learning environment
  • Support the snow sports school with tasks such as scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Provide guest feedback to inspire and create lifelong skiers and riders
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing and riding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
