Position Summary
The Automotive Service Specialist role calls for your technical skills and expertise to effectively diagnose vehicle performance issues, particularly in drivability and electrical systems. You will also utilize your leadership abilities to mentor team members, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and care.
Compensation Structure:
$23.81 per hour. Our technicians benefit from a performance-based pay model, rewarding efficiency and expertise through a flat-rate compensation system, ensuring fair recognition for your skills and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform oil changes, transmission fluid replacements, and filter installations.
2. Install batteries and conduct electrical system checks.
3. Manage tire maintenance and installations.
4. Conduct road tests to ensure vehicle performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and execute basic mechanical tasks.
- Valid automobile driver's license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a Vocational-Technical School program in a related field.
- A.S.E certification in at least one of A1-A8 is preferred, but equivalent external qualifications will be considered.
