Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Clinical Operations Director to join our team at Outfield Healthcare Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for partnering with facilities to drive clinical excellence and develop innovative clinical programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership
    • Provide clinical guidance and support to facilities to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality resident care.
    • Design and deliver educational programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Operational Management
    • Collaborate with facility management to implement effective policies and procedures.
    • Conduct facility reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Financial Acumen
    • Assist in the analysis and direction of nursing department budgets.
    • Provide insights on labor hours and reimbursement processes.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
    Requirements
    • Active RN license in good standing.
    • Regional experience preferred.
    • 5 years of long-term care experience required.
    • Minimum of 2 years as a Director of Nursing.
