Machine Operations Specialist

CKS Packaging Inc. is a leading manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging with 27 locations across the United States. We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Naugatuck, CT.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with injection and/or blow molding machines, with knowledge of quality control processes and safety protocols. As a Machine Operator at CKS Packaging Inc., you will be responsible for coordinating production, monitoring multiple production lines, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide excellent medical/dental benefits, vacation eligibility after one year of service, and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in continuous quality improvement projects
- Coordinate production and monitor multiple production lines
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
