Product Visionary

We're seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager to lead our supply chain technology systems. As a key member of our team, you'll define the vision, requirements, and working with our technical teams to implement this vision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Amazon Pharmacy operations, business, and technology teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features
- Define and deliver a roadmap that drives strategic product direction
- Present to senior leadership and influence key decisions
- 5+ years' experience in product management, with a focus on supply chain technology
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing strategic product direction
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience working with internal customer and technical teams to collect requirements and define software services and features
- Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated decision-making through business analysis and data, as well as with intuition and creativity

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $161,900/year to $279,900/year, depending on location. Additionally, we offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
