Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support events and conferences at our conference center. As an Event Assistant, you will work closely with the Conference Center Operations Supervisor to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support event planning and execution, including room setup and tear down, catering coordination, and customer service.
  • Manage the information desk, answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Assist with projects and other duties as assigned by the Conference Center Operations Supervisor.
  • Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Requirements:
