At Ardagh Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finish Supervisor to join our team. As a Finish Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and directing the cold end department, ensuring that our glass containers meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective safety programs to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and reduce held ware.
  • Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of production, quality, and safety metrics.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including production teams, quality control, and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and travel up to 5%.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with SAP and food safety.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification and experience with lean manufacturing, kaizens, and 5S.
