As a Financial Aid Technician, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate all elements of student financial assistance processing. This includes compliance with relevant regulations, leveraging electronic data interchange for federal aid applications, and acting as a liaison for students seeking assistance. Your role will encompass data management, verification of enrollment, providing guidance to students, and maintaining comprehensive student records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire and implement knowledge of financial aid policies and procedures

  • Assist students with inquiries regarding financial assistance and assess their eligibility
  • Monitor applicant files and contribute to financial aid reporting
