Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Security and Signals Countermeasures Practitioner to join our team at USSOCOM HQ MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical security and signals countermeasures expertise to support our clients' missions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical security and signals countermeasures advice and assistance to support client missions.
  • Conduct penetration investigations, in-conference monitoring, and technical threat briefs to identify potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement countermeasures recommendations to mitigate security threats.
  • Install, analyze, and operate semi-automated receivers, antenna port switchers, small networks, direction finding tools, and software to support TSSC missions and operations.
  • Manage and lead programs and tasks to ensure successful completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Valid U.S. Passport.
  • Graduate of Department of Defense or Federal Counterintelligence/Law Enforcement Badge & Credentialing School (IA W DoDI 5240.05).
  • Graduate of the TSSC Fundamental Course, Inter-Agency Training Center, Fort Washington, Maryland, and certified to conduct TSCM.
  • Information Assurance Technician Level II certification (IA W DoDI 8140.01, Cyberspace Workforce Management and DoDM 8570.01, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program).
  • Network traffic analysis training utilizing PCAP data and analysis tools (Wireshark, Network miner, etc.) within 1 year of employment.
  • 10 years TSSC experience performing advice & assistance, executive travel support, penetration investigations, in-conference monitoring, technical threat briefs, and countermeasures recommendations.
  • 10 years' experience with the installation, analysis, and operation of semi-automated receivers, antenna port switchers, small networks, direction finding tools, and software as they relate to TSSC missions and operations.
  • 5 years' experience as Program Manager/Task Lead within the last 10 years.
  • Normal color vision, dexterity in all extremities, and ability to lift 50 pounds and carry for 50 feet.
