Job Overview

We are looking for a committed and empathetic Behavioral Therapy Technician (RBT/BT) to become a part of our organization. In this role, you will be essential in delivering behavioral therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism and similar conditions. Your main duty will be to execute behavior intervention plans and strategies under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

- Execute personalized care strategies created by the BCBA
- Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients
- Gather and analyze data on client progress and behaviors
- Support the creation and execution of behavior management techniques
- Work collaboratively with the BCBA and other professionals to maintain a consistent treatment approach

Required Skills

- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or related conditions
- Understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with data collection practices and behavior monitoring tools
- Ability to engage and create a positive atmosphere during sessions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to adhere to care plans and implement interventions effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
