Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present internal and external monthly business update presentations to provide a better understanding of results and outlook.
  • Utilize our ERP system and databases to pull data and conduct root cause analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Assist with ad-hoc research and data analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about finance and office operations.
Requirements
  • Junior or senior in college studying Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Creative and tenacious problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative, trustworthy, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data; SQL experience preferred.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Prior internship experience in Corporate roles or Consulting helpful, but not required.
  • Experience with Netsuite, Workday Adaptive, and Tableau helpful, but not required.
