Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve commercial sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, providing expert knowledge on automotive parts and industry trends.
  • Manage the delivery of products to commercial customers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
  • Act as a consultative partner to commercial customers, providing solutions to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and billing for commercial accounts, processing returns and reconciliations as needed.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment, ensuring AutoZoners are implementing safe practices and following proper accident and claim procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.
  • Effective leader with excellent communication skills, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent selling skills.
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
