About the Job

RDI Technologies, Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Technical Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality policies and procedures
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement quality-related projects
  • Analyze quality metrics and develop actionable recommendations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
